The Vision
To raise funds to enable J316 Ministries to give away and/or discount the J316 resources so that they are available to everyone, especially young boys and girls all around the world.
The Mission
J316 Ministries is on a mission to get the J316 balls and other resources into the hands of youth all around the world so that they can play, have fun, and learn all about The Greatest Story Ever Told through the teaching of John 3:16.
The Opportunity
Sport and play is used by organizations all over the world to engage, empower and motivate kids and youth, and allows them to build their self-esteem, courage and confidence. It’s a place where they can take up leadership positions and increase their belief in their own ability.
“Sometimes, something as simple as having a ball to play with can change the direction of a kid’s life forever! More than 80% of the world’s population survive on less than $10 a day, meaning they don’t have the means to access and receive the benefits that organized sport programs can bring.” (UNICEF)
The Plan
We have a plan to introduce donated J316 balls and resources into these communities where sport and play can take place and where coaches, community leaders and parents are trained to share these resources and have the opportunity to influence children of all ages with the truths of John 3:16, The Greatest Story Ever Told.
The plan and prayers for the “J316 Ball Project For The Neighborhoods and the Nations” is to see many young people and their families come to a saving knowledge of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ and to be discipled in local churches to become fully devoted followers of Christ. Sport and play is a great platform and vehicle to reach into these communities and what better way than through the creative J316 resources. J316 Ministries will be praying about identifying churches, mission organizations and individuals through which the J316 balls and resources can be distributed.
The Ask
J316 Ministries is looking for “team members” to help raise the necessary funds to make all of the above achievable. We are asking that you please share this project with others so that this ongoing vision to distribute the J316 balls and other resources to youth around the world with
